Allerdings gaben bei einer Umfrage immerhin 25 Prozent von 1350 Personalleitern, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrern und Unternehmern in der Industrie an, \u00fcber 50-J\u00e4hrige h\u00e4tten eine geringere Leistungsbereitschaft; 27 Prozent waren der Ansicht, \u00c4ltere schafften weniger, weil sie mit dem Arbeitstempo nicht mehr mithalten k\u00f6nnten.
